The Profiled Steel Deck, also known as composite floor deck or metal roof deck, is a high-strength, cold-formed structural component roll-formed from galvanized steel coils. It serves a dual purpose in modern construction: acting as a permanent formwork for concrete slabs during the pouring stage and functioning as a positive reinforcement in the finished composite floor system. Its unique trapezoidal or re-entrant rib profile provides excellent structural performance, making it an indispensable element in high-rise buildings, industrial plants, and large-span infrastructure projects.
